It was a pleasure to meet a fantastic group of young carers from Ellesmere Port and across Cheshire during their visit to Parliament this week.
Young carers take on incredible responsibilities at a very young age, often while balancing school and everything else that comes with growing up. They deserve to have their voices heard.
It was great to answer their questions, hear about their experiences and discuss what more can be done to support them.
