Justin Madders, MP for Ellesmere Port and Neston, and Cold Feet actress Fay Ripley, joined forces at a recent parliamentary event to celebrate the launch of the Great Daffodil Appeal, Marie Curie’s biggest annual fundraising campaign.
“Marie Curie is a wonderful charity which provides care and support to people living with incurable illness.
“Chances are, we all know someone who’s been affected by a terminal illness, and it’s absolutely crucial that families have the care and support they need at such a difficult time.
“Marie Curie’s daffodil pins are now available from volunteers and shops across Ellesmere Port and Neston. With demand for Marie Curie services growing every year, I hope that this March more people than ever will give a donation and wear the iconic yellow flower, knowing that in doing so, they are making a huge difference to people living with a terminal illness and their loved ones.”
